Refund Policy

Please read the following information carefully.

SafeHouse Rehab Center Thailand offers a great service for a very fair and affordable price. We have limited places available on our treatment program; as such our program can be very quickly subscribed. As we adhere to tightly controlled living accommodation reservation dates and flight bookings, we are not able to offer refunds to clients at will. Therefore, below you will find the details of our refund policy, which we believe is extremely fair for all concerned.

Deposits
A deposit of $3,000 is required for SafeHouse Rehab Center Thailand to confirm your reservation and secure a place on our treatment program.
Due to the limited allocation of places available, should any client wish to cancel their booking after paying their deposit, no refund will be given.

Full Payment
The balance of any payments due must be made on arrival, (unless an alternative agreement has been previously made).
Should any client wish to leave our treatment facility for any reason within 5 days of their arrival, then we will gladly issue a 50% refund of the balance that has been paid on arrival. After this period if a client wishes to leave then no refund will be given on any amounts already paid. However, a credit may be allowed towards any future treatment and stays at SafeHouse Rehab.

Flights: It is at SafeHouse discretion whether to change flights on behalf of clients who discharge early, we will of course gladly help those who extend.

Involuntary Discharge
SafeHouse Rehab Center Thailand reserves the right to discharge any client from our treatment program, and no refund will be given, for any of the following reasons;

  • A client is found to be intoxicated during their stay at SafeHouse Rehab Center Thailand or is in possession of any alcohol and/or drugs.
  • A client is abusive or violent to any staff, other clients or anyone within our facilities.
  • A client causes disruption to the treatment program and/or disturbs the treatment of other clients during their stay at SafeHouse Rehab Center Thailand.
  • A client repeatedly fails to adhere to our behavioural guidelines, protocols and expectations.

The above policy has been made to ensure that anyone who stays at SafeHouse Rehab Center Thailand can and will receive the level of service and treatment they would expect, and on which we insist.

Agreeing to Our Terms of Refund
Your deposit payment via the website or by other methods indicates your acceptance of this refund policy.
